Follow these steps to fetch our emails back into your inbox where they belong!
📩 Check Your Spam/Junk Folder
1️⃣ Open your email app or website (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.).
2️⃣ Look for a folder called Spam or Junk in the sidebar.
3️⃣ If you find an email from us (support@thefurrykiddos.com or info@thefurrykiddos.com), open it.
📬 Move It to Your Inbox - Very Important ‼️
✔️ Click “Not Spam” or “Mark as Safe” (depending on your email provider).
✔️ Drag the email to your Inbox to make sure future messages land where they should.
✔️ Gmail Users: You can also tap the three dots in the top-right corner and select “Move to Inbox.”
✔️ Apple Mail Users: Swipe left on the email and select “Move to Inbox.”
🐶🐱 Pro Tip: To guarantee you never miss an update, add support@thefurrykiddos.com and info@thefurrykiddos.com to your contacts or safe senders list. Now you won’t miss a thing—happy tail wags all around! 🎉
Having trouble logging in—or feel like you got kicked out? 😱 No worries—we’ve got your tail covered! 🐾
💡 Tip: If you’ve been unexpectedly logged out (and it feels like you got kicked out), don’t panic. It usually just means you need to log back in—especially after app updates, mobile restarts, or automatic timeouts. A quick re-login should fix everything in a tail-wag!
Once you’ve purr-chased your membership tier, you’ll receive an email with your login details and video tutorials. Check your spam folder just in case those details took a detour!

Logging In is Easy!
✅ Go to community.thefurrykiddos.com
✅ Enter the email you signed up with and create your password.
✅ You can use the “Login with Secure Code” button anytime for easy access—no password needed!
✅ Click Log In and start exploring! 🎉
👉 Forgot your password? Click “Forgot Password” on the login page to fetch a new one.

Can I Post Photos, Videos, and Comments?
Absolutely! 🎉 Share your coloring pages, furry kiddo photos, and fun stories, or jump into discussions with fellow members!
🐾 But remember—a community is all about connection! Just like a good belly rub, engagement should go both ways. Don’t just post—take a moment to paw-sitively interact with others, too! Like, comment, and show some love on fellow members’ posts so we can keep this space fur-tastically fun for everyone! 💖🐶🐱
If you’re having trouble posting, try:
✅ Refreshing the page or logging out and back in.
✅ Adding a title to your post (it won’t post without one).
✅ Uploading multiple photos by clicking one at a time within the same post.
Still need help? Post your question in the Help Community Questions channel so others can learn from it too! You can also use the search bar at the top of the community to see if your question has already been answered.

1️⃣ Open community.thefurrykiddos.com in Safari.
2️⃣ Tap the Share button (square with an arrow).
3️⃣ Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen.”
4️⃣ Give it a name (or keep “The Furry Kiddos” 🐾) and tap “Add.”
5️⃣ Voilà! It’s now an icon on your home screen—just like an app!
🐱 For Android (Chrome)
1️⃣ Open community.thefurrykiddos.com in Chrome.
2️⃣ Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
3️⃣ Select “Add to Home Screen.”
4️⃣ Give it a name (or keep “The Furry Kiddos” 🐾) and tap “Add.”
5️⃣ Now it’s pinned and ready to tap anytime!

🐾 Will My Membership Automatically Renew, or Do I Need to Sign Up Again?
No need to chase your tail—your membership renews automatically every month so you don’t have to sign up again! 🐶🐱
✔️ You’ll be charged on the same date each month based on when you first subscribed.
✔️ All payments are non-refundable—once a charge has been processed, it cannot be reversed.
❌ I Need to Cancel My Membership. How Do I Do That?
Bummed to see you go, but we make canceling quick and easy (no awkward begging involved, promise! 😉).
1️⃣ Log in to the community at community.thefurrykiddos.com/home from a desktop computer (this feature is not available on mobile).
2️⃣ Go to Manage Subscriptions > Billing & Subscriptions.
3️⃣ Click the Action (three dots) button next to your plan and select “Cancel.”
4️⃣ Confirm your cancellation.
🐾 Important:
✔️ Access is revoked immediately upon cancellation, so if you want to enjoy your perks until the end of your billing cycle, wait to cancel the day before your renewal date.
💡 Don’t have access to a desktop? No worries! Email us at support@thefurrykiddos.com, and we’ll handle the cancellation for you.
📌 To ensure your cancellation is processed on time, please email us at least 3 days before your next billing date.
💳 I Need to Update My Payment Method. How Do I Do That?
If your payment details need a refresh, here’s how to update them in a few simple steps:
1️⃣ Log in to the community at community.thefurrykiddos.com/home from a desktop computer (this feature is not available on mobile).
2️⃣ Go to Manage Subscriptions > Billing & Subscriptions.
3️⃣ Click on Payment Method.
4️⃣ Enter your new payment details, save, and you’re good to go!
🐾 Pro Tip: If your payment fails, the system will automatically cancel your membership—so be sure to update your info quickly to keep access to all your perks!
